Highly recommend Interior Define's Rowan chair. It has elevated my living room and is now my favorite piece of furniture I own. Not sure who loves it more, me or my cat! The down alternative cushion is very comfortable and I'm obsessed with the Berry Vintage Velvet. It's easy to clean off pet hair and has extra points for being machine washable :) If you get a chance, definitely visit your local studio. The product and fabrics are beautiful in person and the staff is amazing.

I began my search for 2 couches for my family room at Interior Define in Philadelphia, intending to go to 3 stores in the area to compare options. I left with a complete detailed estimate. I was so satisfied, and the suggestions and direction from the staff were so on the mark, that I never even went to the other two stores. With my pictures of the space and the measurements I brought with me, Kagen was able to select appropriate scale, style, and colors that would work. Shortly after, I placed the order. The sofas arrived in July and they are perfect. Thanks, also for the thorough delivery follow-up, ensuring their arrival. A very positive furniture purchase experience. The staff in the Philadelphia showroom are true professionals. Thanks to Kagen and Matt.

We are extremely satisfied with our Sloan velvet couch, loveseat, and ottoman we received in March. It is as attractive as it comfortable. We’ve had it for a few months now and it appears to be pretty resilient to wear and tear considering it is our small dog’s new favorite spot to rest. Lilah was super helpful with helping us pick out fabrics and colors, and most importantly was very responsive during the ordering and delivery process. We had a small delay due to shipping but Lilah and Jose always responded when I reached out. The furniture delivery went well once everything got straightened out. I was initially a little hesitant to order furniture through a mostly on-line process but I am glad we did. The amount of options in style, fabric, and sizing enabled us to get exactly what we wanted for our space at a reasonable price.

I am very happy with the upholstered storage bench we purchased. It is very well made and reasonably priced. It’s exactly what we were looking for and we really love it. I worked remotely with Lilah Sade. She helped me throughout the process and kept me up to date on the order. She was very quick to answer questions too. We couldn’t be more pleased with this first time purchase.

My wife and I were in the market for a new sectional sofa but it was tough to find one that had all the features we were looking for. We checked all the well known stores/brands like Bob's Discount, Ashley Furniture, Raymour & Flanigan, Wayfair, Joybird, LoveSac, etc. Then I came across an Interior Define ad on Instagram and was instantly drawn to the customization options of their sofas and their prices! There are many fabric options, so we ordered 10 free swatches to help us decide what color and material would work best in our home. I might add that we have a few dogs and cats, so we needed a material that was durable. We then scheduled an in-studio appointment at Interior Define's Philly showroom to see their sofas in person and test out the different cushion options. We had the pleasure of working with Rija Nayyer in the store who was so friendly and answered all of questions. After some additional email communication with Ashanti Gillespie, we decided to purchase the Sloan 3 piece U-sectional with the Spruce performance plush velvet material. The sofa took about 2 months to arrive once we placed our order. The white glove delivery service by Metropolitan Warehouse & Delivery was excellent. We are very happy with our purchase and would highly recommend Interior Define!

I purchased a modular sofa from interior define.. the experience was great.. the sales person Lilah, was prompt about answering emails to all my questions… the couch I received is beautiful and top quality.. I would most def order from them again.!!! Love going home every day from working and relaxing on my beautiful comfy couch…the wait was most def worth the quality.. and the wait pretty comparable to other furniture stores when doing special orders…

Just received my couch I ordered in May! Well worth the wait - the custom sizing and couch leg options is what sealed the deal for me to go with Interior Define. I worked with Lilah, who was responsive and proactive in following up with me to let me know when the company was doing sales as I was still debating the right time to purchase. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

Glad I chose Interior Define for my furniture needs. The entire experience from beginning to end was seamless and pleasant. It was time for a new look. We visited the Philadelphia store and met with Ashanti who was incredibly patient with us while we made our decision to purchase three pieces from the Maxwell collection. We went from a gray leather recliner sofa to this golden Fawn color, luxurious performance velvet that offers beauty, sophistication, comfort and craftsmanship. Lilah provided excellent customer service and attention to detail when it came to making some edits. Thank you Team ID. Job well done!
